Recently, SOFE's "Fracturing Equipment Core Component Fault Alarm and Expert Diagnosis Data Application" has been selected as one of SINOPEC's excellent cases of data application.
Advancing fracturing equipment core component fault alarm and expert diagnosis data application, SOFE successfully developed a plunger pump monitoring and diagnosis system, which establishes a prediction model through real-time collection of key operating parameters such as plunger pump rotational speed, pressure, temperature, vibration, etc., and adopts data analysis technology to achieve a scientific prediction of possible equipment trouble and promote transformation of equipment maintenance to predictive maintenance. It helps reduce unscheduled downtime, lower production and operation costs, and provides effective software to support oil and gas fields stimulation.
SOFE's plunger pump monitoring and diagnostic system has stable performances in various well tests, with an accuracy rate of nearly 90% in alarm of leakage at the hydraulic end. Compared with the traditional maintenance method, it reduces labor intensity by 60%, and has gained good feedback from customers of such markets as Yanchang Oilfield, Zhongyuan Oilfield, and Xibu Drilling.
SOFE takes digital construction as an important initiative to enhance core competitiveness and empowers high-quality development with digital intelligent transformation. It fully implements SINOPEC's "digital transformation" deployment, actively builds a new data-driven digital oilfield model, establishes data models, data criteria, and data quality specifications to support the use of data in pilot scenarios. With the commitment of carrying the responsibility and mission of "intelligent manufacturing of pillar equipment of great power and serving energy security", SOFE intends to build a data governance demonstration project.
