In the middle of March, a batch of high-grade large-diameter longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe and spiral submerged arc welded pipe manufactured by SOFE, with a diameter of more than 1016 mm, were sent to Shandong as scheduled for the south main line of Shandong pipe network to meet the needs of high-pressure large-diameter gas supply pipeline construction. In this batch of steel pipe production, SOFE strengthened the first inspection system for the production of multi-size and multi-variety steel pipes to prevent the occurrence of batch unqualified products. We strictly implement the standards, focus on controlling the processing quality of key processes, pay close attention to the changes of production data, and ensure the processing quality of welding, anti-corrosion and other key processes. We strictly control the non-technological defects, avoid the surface scratch caused by improper operation of steel pipe, strengthen the re-inspection of internal and external quality of steel pipe after leaving the warehouse and the quality assurance of logistics transportation process, and take measures such as laying straw mat in the process of hanging and transportation process to avoid the appearance damage of steel pipe.
