On February 8, SOFE electric fracturing package successfully finished the operation of 8 wells on 2 shale gas platforms in Fuling, Chongqing in 2020. And the customer extended their appreciation and satisfaction.

To ensure the fracturing operation, SOFE increased its speed on service transformation, designated technicians to follow the operation and commissioning, worked around the clock to monitor the operational status of the equipment, gave full play to the advantage of the electric fracturing package and actively provided pumping service. They seized the opportunity to carry out 24-hour continuous operation firstly of the electric drive equipment to promote the safety standardization of all-electric fracturing operation, which exceeded the customer’s expectation and completed 227-stage fracturing operation accumulatively, and the average fracturing speed was 6.2 stages per day. It also created a record by completing 9 stages in a single day.

SOFE has independently developed a complete set of high-power electric fracturing equipment, completely breaking away from the dependence on imported diesel engine, transmission, chassis and other imported components in the past, and the localization rate has increased from 50% to more than 95%.
