Drilling tools for ultra-deep well

Focusing on the engineering difficulties of speed-up in Shunbei, relying on the scientific research projects, and jointly tackling key problems with users, SOFE has developed a portfolio of advantage products including hybrid bit, acute-round cutter PDC bit, matching with ERT motors with high torque, hydraulic oscillators, etc., and leading technical indicators were obtained in each wellsection.

SOFE will continue to carry out integrated services of drilling bit and tools, and develop drilling and completion tools, such as ultra-high temperature resistant Mini Roller Cone bit, hybrid bit, special-shaped tooth PDC bit, ERT motors, hydraulic oscillator, packer suitable for high temperature and high pressure. The series of bits and drilling tools set hundreds of technical records in domestic and foreign markets.

Drilling rig for ultra-deep well

2 sets of self-developed drilling rig with drilling depth of 9000 meters drilled in 4 wells in Tarim, with total footage over 30,000 meters. They drilled in the deepest well up to 8542 meters and stood the working condition featured by ultra-depth, ultra-high pressure and ultra-high temperature. These rigs performed well in resisting temperature difference, strong wind and low temperature snowy and rainy weather, with reliable structural stability and high degree of safety, which win the trust of customer.

Adhering to the principle of "advanced technology, reliable performance, convenient transportation and economic operation", SOFE built the 13.7m-high slingshot substructure with ultra-static structure, setting a new record in domestic market. The 9000m-deep drilling rig has much higher substructure clearance height and thus can be used for various applications and have superb stability compared with the similar drilling rigs.

Coiled tubing unit for ultra-deep well

Aiming at the requirements of high capacity, large tonnage, efficient transportation, safety and reliability, and constant bit pressure control technologies for deep oil and gas development in domestic market, SOFE has developed SLG620T coiled tubing unit for ultra-deep well, suitable for 8000m oil and gas well development. The equipment uses 140K large tonnage injector head independently developed by SOFE, which can meet the load requirement of 620kN tubing operation; it adopts tubing reel with large capacity and special semi-trailer chassis to meet the fast transportation of 2-inch 8000m tubing; it is equipped with high frequency coiled tubing data acquisition system, realizing real-time display of coiled tubing data and improving the operation safety and automation level; with data transmission and diagnosis technologies, it can remotely monitor the operation status, record the operation parameters and analyze the historical data.

SLG620T coiled tubing unit for ultra-deep well can effectively solve the problems during the construction of ultra-deep well project, such as shortage of coiled tubing length, insufficient lifting force of injector head, low degree of automation, imperfect of unitized technologies and tools, providing important equipment supports for accelerating the efficient and safe development of deep oil and gas resources.

Full-electric fracturing package with ultra-high voltage and high power

SOFE has launched full range of electric fracturing equipments, including Model 5000 electric fracturing skid, HS40 electric sand blender skid, fuel-oil mixing control instrument skid, Model 20 fluid preparation skid, 175MPa remote control ground manifolds, electric continuous sand feeding unit, which creates new record of fracturing stages for single well in one day in Fuling shale gas field in May 2020, fully verified the reliability and stability of the domestic electric fracturing equipment, effectively promoting the fracturing engineering to change from clearance working condition to continuous condition, and leading the domestic fracturing construction from diesel-driven era further towards to the electric, green and intelligent era.

Compared with the fracturing equipment driven by diesel engines, these ones fully powered by electric motors generate less noise, and reduce equipment consuming by 50%, work labor by 40% and energy by 20%. As a result, the overall operating cost can be cut down by 30% under continuous working condition, and the Zero Emission of carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxide and other pollutants can be achieved as well.
