To address the challenges of low efficiency and poor economic performance in workover operations in mature oilfields, as well as high wellhead pressure and significant well control risks in complex hard-to-recover reserves, continuous innovation has been made in core technologies such as efficient operations, energy management, and safety management. A series of workover equipment, automated snubbing units, and pressure-driven water injection devices have been developed. These solutions effectively tackle the challenges of low efficiency and poor economics in workover operations, as well as high wellhead pressure and well control risks in complex hard-to-recover reserves.

A series of electric-drive workover equipment has widely been deployed in China's Shengli, Jiangsu, and Daqing oilfields, as well as in regions such as the Middle East and Africa. These innovations fill the global gap in fully electric-driven automated workover technology, reducing energy consumption by over 68% compared to diesel-drive workover rigs, and cutting maintenance costs by more than 30%. This enables green, efficient, and low-cost oil and gas development. Key components, such as the power catwalk, pipe handling system on the monkey board, drill floor manipulator, automatic hydraulic tongs, and integrated control system enable full automated handling of pipes across the pipe racking area, drill floor, and monkey board. The tubing-handling efficiency can be up to 50+ pcs per hour.

The SLG630 coiled tubing unit features a maximum domestic tubing capacity of 10,000 meters for 2-inch coiled tubing, with an injector of 63t maximum lifting capacity, meeting the demands of ultra-deep wells exceeding 8,000 m and sidetracking operations in mature wells.

Our 170-ton automated snubbing units feature 'one-button' automated operation for both the main unit and pipe handling, achieving a pipe handling efficiency of 17 pcs per hour, and unmaned operation on elevated platform for enhanced safety and efficiency.
